Basic overview

Here is an basic overview of how it works:

 

1) Check in

When guests arrive, they are given a barcoded wristband and self-register / check-in using touch-screen computer stations. Then the guests are off to enjoy the night!

 

2) Buying, Buying, Buying

Guests buy drinks, raffle tickets, poker chips, auction bids, etc, using their barcoded wristband.

 

3) Auction Management

Tracking and accounting of live and silent auction item sales are processed electronically right at the bidding tables or live auction area.  There is no longer a need to take duplicates of the bid sheet back to a workspace and tabulate who won what, sort it and figure it out.   The system will do all of this right away.  

 

4) Check Out

Guests self-checkout using the touch-screen computer stations.  They settle their account paying cash, check or credit card, then pickup any won auctions items.  Thanks for coming!

 

5) Credit card on file (CCoF) Option

Our system will accept the guest’s credit card as they check-in to the event. The CCoF option guarantees payment for all purchases made by the guest.

 

What we bring: All your systems needs - equipment, software, and staff member to run the system for your event.

 

What you bring: Volunteer staff.  We will go over how many volunteers you need for the amount of guest you are expecting.
